ABOUT SUMITA NAGPAL

I was born and raised in London, England and attended Huddersfield University where I received my LL.B. (Honors) in Business Law. I moved to the United States in 1993 and attended Wayne State University.  In 1996 I obtained my LL.M. in Corporate and Finance Law and became licensed to practice law in Michigan.  I joined a private practice in Flushing, Michigan focusing on bankruptcy law, estate planning, real estate, collections, and transactional law. In 2017, I came to Kalamazoo, Michigan where I continue to pursue my passion in law. I have always had a creative, entrepreneurial spirit and so I look forward to the opportunity to help clients achieve their goal and serve the local community.

My mission is to apply the legal skills and experience in ways that enable clients to define and achieve their goals. I will do this while honoring and continuing serving clients and the community through relationships based upon respect, loyalty and integrity.
